The company’s name honors Stott, our founder’s best friend who passed away before their dream of being business owners could come to fruition. Having grown up in Lexington with a background in electrical work, our founder chose to carry on their shared vision by establishing Sears & Stott. Inspired by the goal of creating opportunities and fostering a supportive work environment, the company was built on the principles of hard work, trustworthiness, and a commitment to quality custom electrical services. The team was carefully selected by skilled electricians who share these values and dedication to craftsmanship.
